Shu Ren International School of San Jose
We're excited to announce the opening of a second campus location in San Jose, CA. Soon, families of San Jose, Cupertino, Mountain View, Saratoga, Los Gatos and Milpitas can enjoy the benefits of a Mandarin Immersion Elementary School just like our Berkeley campus students! Shu Ren International School opened its first IB World School in Berkeley, CA in 2008. Our highly experienced teachers bring a wealth of knowledge, passion, traditions, and practices that inspire children to take part in their own learning. Our students are not just high academic achievers, they are active participants in a complex and rich world of international culture and communication; they do not simply copy words, sentences, or memorize passages from books; they ask important questions, perform research, and present their findings in Chinese, English and Spanish.
We offer an immersion education in Mandarin and English. We are an authorized International Baccalaureate (IB) World School and accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC). The expansion of our international school into San Jose will allow even more students in the San Francisco Bay Area to benefit from an inquiry-based, Mandarin immersion program that prepares students with the heart and mind to thrive in an evolving global society.
